The country is bordered by Honduras, Costa Rica, the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean. Nicaragua is a stable democracy and it boasts the lowest crime rate in Central America.

Bella Vista Guasacate is located two hours southwest of Managua in the Popoyo surf region on the Pacific Coast. The drive south is amazing as you pass by small towns, vast country side and beautiful vistas, including numerous volcanos and lakes.
